New concepts of modern cuisine are fully integrated into the hotel's own style of service, interior design and audio performance. Special attention is paid to the extensive breakfast buffet, the restaurant AQUA and the Purple-Lounge where culinary highlights are celebrated.
Restaurant AQUA
The restaurant AQUA has a capacity of 140 seats and entertains with its show cooking area; winning parameters for various culinary experiences. In this restaurant our extensive breakfast buffet is served as well as a large variety of à la carte lunch and dinner menus.
The restaurant's atmosphere is emphasised by special light effects, positioned in different sections, dividing the room into separate areas. The modern Mediterranean cuisine addresses the individual guest as well as groups in an adequate location.
Purple-Lounge
The Purple-Lounge offers space for up to 70 guests. It is situated on the ground floor of MELIÃ DÜSSELDORF and is accessible from the hotel's lobby as well as from outdoors. Again an illumination ensemble dips the lounge's scenery in a stylish atmosphere. Numerous cocktails and varieties of finger food are available for the guests, served at the long bar counter.
